Dreamliner-Reykjavik values your privacy and we are committed to protecting and safeguarding any personal information you give us. This Privacy Policy will help you to understand how Dreamliner Reykjavik collects, uses and protects the personal information you provide to us on our website. Dreamliner Reykjavik reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Such modification will be effective immediately.

Booking cancelation

All cancellations must be made by letter, fax or e-mail and confirmed by Norðurflug. We are obliged to charge cancellation fees to passenger(s) as follows:

  1. Less than 2 weeks and more than 72 hours – 10%
  2. Less than 72 hours and more than 24 hours – 50%
  3. Less than 24 hours – 100%

With your safety in mind we reserve the right to cancel a tour or change the itinerary due to weather conditions or any other factors beyond our control.

Bookings

When you book a tour with us, we ask for your name, email address, credit card information. We also ask for optional information like your hotel/guesthouse in Iceland in regards with our complimentary pick up/drop off service.

Security

All credit card transaction processes have been verified by VALITOR (Acquiring services, card issuing and merchant services - VALITOR ) and are safeguarded at all times.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Dreamliner Reykjavik never gives out, sells, rents or shares your personal information with a third parties, except in the following circumstances

We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or as otherwise required by law.

We limit access to personal information you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

Terms and Conditions

Dreamliner-Reykjavik offers a variety of tours, packages and services, called "products" trough its website (www.dreamlinerreykjavik.com ). Because our Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations, we encourage you to read them carefully. They form the basis on which bookings are accepted by Dreamliner-Reykjavik. The purchase of any travel services offered by Dreamliner-Reykjavik constitutes a contractual arrangement between the person making the booking and Dreamliner-Reykjavik, and represents acceptance of Terms and Conditions described here. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms and Conditions prior to booking. All the booking is provided by form on our website. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with your booking number and a list of services purchased. Please print this document and bring it along to Iceland as this will be your proof of payment and to be used as a voucher in your Iceland visit. In case when your booking will be done by hotel, or other institution, the terms and conditions are described on proper places for this institutions.

VALIDITY OF PRICES

All rates quoted are based on current purchasing prices in Iceland. Elding Whale Watching reserves the right to increase prices already quoted or published in our price lists without notice in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or any other cost increases that are outside our control. Any eventual changes in rates will not be made with less then 4 weeks’ notice before scheduled departure.

PASSENGERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

If you have any special needs or requests we ask you to notify Elding’s head office as soon as possible so that we can do our best to meet your requests.

COMMENTS OR COMPLAINTS

If you want to comment on our tours we welcome you to send us a line. We always welcome any kind of feedback. If you for some reason are not satisfied with our services please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email office@dreamlinertours.is.

When do I have to book to guarantee my reservation?

  1. By phone:
    When booking by phone, please book at least 12 hour before tour departure.
  2. By email:
    When booking by email, please book at least 12 minutes prior to tour departure.
  3. Online:
    Online bookings have to be made at least 12 minutes or 24 hours prior to tour departure. Please see individual tour details on deadline for that particular tour.
  4. Shorter notice:
    If you would like to book a tour on shorter notice, please give us a call at +354 777 0660 .

Do I get a refund if any of your Northern Lights tours in Iceland cannot be operated during my stay?

The Northern Lights in Iceland are equally unpredictable as their cousins in other countries and every once in a while they decide not to reveal them selves or simply hide behind clouds. If we have to cancel any of our Northern Lights tours in Iceland we offer our customers another chance to see the Northern Lights free of charge. If Northern Lights tours are cancelled throughout your entire stay in Iceland we of course offer full refund of the trip.

Can I change my booking after I have made a reservation online?

You can change your booking up to 2 hours before tour departure. Changing a reservation is free of charge. Please contact our office per phone at +354 777 0660 or via email at iceland@icelandexcursions.is and we will be happy to make the changes for you.

Please note that other policies may apply if you have made your reservation through a third party.
